1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dado92 ("dado92", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dado92 website, mobile experience, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account on dado92, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or in any other way accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dado92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times while using the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dado92 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any funds in the account.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity for recreational purposes only. Corporate or commercial registrations are prohibited without prior written agreement from dado92.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from dado92 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any court order restricting gambling activity.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of dado92 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

dado92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. The Platform may place restrictions on account functionality until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on dado92. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to dado92 during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. dado92 may suspend or permanently close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

You must keep your dado92 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access the Services through your account. dado92 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you and will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact dado92 support immediately at [email protected]. dado92 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze account activity pending resolution.

dado92 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. Failure to cooperate with such checks — including failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

dado92 accepts deposits from Pakistani players in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All funds deposited into your dado92 wallet are held in segregated accounts separate from dado92's operational funds.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on dado92:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your dado92 wallet in PKR. No additional currency conversion charges are applied on PKR transactions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with dado92 support.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dado92 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• dado92 targets withdrawal processing within standard business timeframes, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any required security review.
• dado92 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which dado92 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made from real-money balances. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable.

dado92 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, dado92 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dado92 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, and UFC events. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on dado92:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Wagers are deducted from your real-money balance first, unless you are specifically using a free spin or bonus round.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonus funds being voided.

• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• dado92 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on dado92, including the sportsbook (cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and other markets), live casino, slots, and all other game categories available through the dado92 Casino:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dado92 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Sportsbook odds are set by dado92's pricing team and are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a technical error — including incorrect odds, market malfunction, or a game error — dado92 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Any amounts paid in error will be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, dado92 will settle affected bets in accordance with its standard event-specific settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section.
• All casino games on dado92 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.
• dado92 reserves the right to impose betting limits — minimum and maximum stake amounts — on any market, event, or game at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dado92 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balances where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false age or identity information.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting any other person to open an account in circumvention of these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the dado92 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate sportsbook markets or casino game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the dado92 platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at dado92 staff or other users of the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

dado92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to personal problems.

dado92 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on dado92 — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of dado92 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dado92 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any dado92 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the dado92 platform.
• Use any dado92 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the dado92 website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of dado92's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dado92 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by events outside dado92's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your dado92 login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dado92's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where dado92's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to dado92 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

dado92 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which dado92 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to dado92's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of it being raised, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of dado92's licensing jurisdiction. Pakistani players retain any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to them under applicable local law.
